1. Our Commitment to Copyright & Fair Use
Fashion Frenzy (“we”, “our blog”) strives to publish only images and other media that we either own, have licensed, or believe to be in the public domain. We respect the intellectual-property rights of photographers, brands, models, and agencies. If an image has been posted in error or without the appropriate licence, we will make it right - fast.
2. Affiliate-Partner Imagery
Many product photos on our site come directly from our affiliate partners— including, but not limited to, NET-A-PORTER, Mytheresa, Farfetch, SSENSE, Reformation, and other authorised retailers. Under each partner’s “Versatile Use” or equivalent licence, we may display their product images in editorial content (such as blog posts) strictly for the purpose of linking to their products with clean, trackable URLs that qualify for commission.
3. Takedown & Replacement Procedure
- If you are the legal rights-holder of an image that appears on fashionfrenzy.com and believe it should be removed or credited differently, email us at isabella@ffashionfrenzy.com.
- Please include:
• A link to the page in question
• Proof of ownership or authority
• Your preferred remedy (credit update, removal, or replacement) - We will acknowledge your message within 24 hours (business days) and carry out the requested action as quickly as possible, typically within two business days.
4. Good-Faith Display
Every image is published in good faith for editorial or promotional purposes. We do not knowingly infringe on any copyright. Any unlicensed usage is accidental, and we take immediate corrective action once notified.
